Toyota Forklifts extends principal partnership with Canberra Raiders through to 2030

Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA), represented by its Toyota Forklifts brand, has reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to the Canberra Raiders, announcing an extension of its Principal Partnership through to the end of the 2030 NRL season.

The renewed agreement extends one of the National Rugby League's longest-running principal partnerships to a full decade, reflecting a shared commitment to performance, reliability and making a positive impact in the community.

As Principal Partner, Toyota Forklifts will continue to feature on the Raiders' playing kit and across the club's stadium and digital assets, supporting the club's long-term vision for success on and off the field.

The partnership also extends well beyond match day. Together, Toyota Forklifts and the Raiders will continue to invest in grassroots rugby league, community initiatives and programs that encourage participation, inclusion and wellbeing.

Looking ahead, the partnership will also create new opportunities to engage fans through digital experiences while exploring initiatives that support long-term sustainability and community outcomes.

Steve Takacs, President and CEO of Toyota Material Handling Australia, said the extension reflects TMHA's confidence in the partnership and the shared values that have underpinned its success.

"We're proud to extend our relationship with the Green Machine as Principal Partner through to 2030," Mr Takacs said.

"The Canberra Raiders are a highly respected club with a proud history, strong community connections and an exciting future. We've built a genuine partnership based on shared values, and we're looking forward to continuing that journey together.

"Like Toyota Forklifts, the Raiders have built their reputation on performance, innovation and reliability. We're excited to continue supporting the club as it strives for success on the field while making a positive contribution to the communities it represents."

Canberra Raiders Chief Executive Officer Don Furner welcomed the extension, describing it as an important milestone for the club.

"We're incredibly proud to extend our Principal Partnership with Toyota Forklifts through to 2030," Mr Furner said.

"Their ongoing support demonstrates a deep belief in the Canberra Raiders, our players, our people and our community. This continued commitment provides stability and confidence as we continue to build a high-performing organisation both on and off the field.

"This is more than a sponsorship. It's a genuine partnership. Together, we're investing in the future of rugby league and delivering outcomes that benefit our fans, members and the wider community."

The extension reinforces TMHA's ongoing commitment to supporting Australian sport and the communities in which it operates, while strengthening the Toyota Forklifts brand through partnerships built on shared purpose and long-term success.
